Description

Wellfield Pump Station - Cooling Tower 6 -Cells 1 and 2 Furnish labor, equipment and materials to perform the following repairs to cells 1 & 2 of Cooling Tower#6 located at the Well field Pump Station. Working on one (1) cell at a time (with the adjacent cell still in operation), the successful vendor shall: 1. Move the PVC drift eliminators out of the cell to provide a clear working space 2. Demo 100% of existing water distribution system 3. Install 100% factory new distribution system that will include header, lateral lines, nozzles, grommets, gaskets and all attaching hardware to factory specifications. 4. Re-install the existing nozzles 5. Custom fabricate quantity two (2) new mechanical support tube angle mounts with mounting tabs and install using stainless steel hardware - one on each end of the mechanical support tube 6. Custom fabricate quantity two (4) new angle staunch brackets that run from the mechanical support out to the lower fiberglass fan ring.
