Mcallen Public Safety Building HVAC Upgrades The work consists of Replacement of Roof Mounted Packaged and split systems. Proposed VRF heat recovery split system will include replacement of condensing units with variable refrigerant flow condensing units and DX coils in existing AHU's with variable flow DX coils, and removal of electric heaters.
