Description

As the projects are separate projects at the State level, all proposed costs and billing shall be clearly broken out by the individual school project. The Town recognizes the economies of scale and duplicative effort derived cost savings in selecting a single firm for these services. This is due to the projects being managed through a common municipal committee (combined meeting minutes, etc.), using a common architectural/engineering services firm, having a common construction manager, and lastly due to the colocation of documents within the Ledyard Town Hall.
