Description

This bid shall include, but is not limited to, the following: inspection, rehabilitation, as-needed repairs, recoating, washout services and preventive maintenance. The selected firm shall enter into a long-term agreement to assume full responsibility and accountability for all maintenance issues related to the City s water storage tanks. Any submittal should include all costs associated with labor, materials, equipment, overhead, profit, travel, reimbursables, inflation and all other expenses related to the provision of the necessary service
