Description

The project includes planning the existing asphalt pavement and paving new HMA on California Way between Baltimore Street and BNSF Railroad. The project also includes pedestrian improvements to access ramps and pedestrian signals, pavement markings, waterline replacement, and any other incidental work necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.
