For Solid Waste Diversion Facilities and Emerging Technologies - P3 opportunities The Larimer County Solid Waste Department (LCSW) manages the Solid Waste Program for Larimer County, located in Northern Colorado. This Program currently includes management of a Sanitary Landfill, a Recycling Center, a Household Hazardous Waste Facility (all at the same location at 5887 South Taft Hill Road in Fort Collins, CO), two Convenience Centers (located in Wellington, CO and Red Feather Lakes, CO), and also oversight of both a Transfer Station and Recycling Facility in Estes Park.
