Gym Floor Refinishing

Gym floor refinishing and other related work, materials and labor as outlined in the bid at the location listed below. Work to be performed June or July 2022 with agreed upon schedule by the Athletic Director, Jessica Noble Pf ymu are bringing in bid prior to bid opening it must be delivered in sealed envelope with bid number (O 5-O2) and current business license number clearly identified on the outside of the enveiope. Game line striping additions and graphics to be discussed prior to bidding with Athletic Director. All bid prices should be turned in on the attached bid form. The contract will be honored for one year with the option for the board to renew the contract for an additional year. The Dothan City Board of Education reserves the right to cancel this contract with a 30 day notice if services or materials are deemed unsatisfactory. It is not the policy of the Board of Education to purchase on the basis of low bid alone, quality and past performance will be used in this in the determination, it being understood that that the purchaser (Dothan City Board of Education), reserves the right to determine such by whatever means as may be necessary. Contracts for purchase will be put into effect by means of purchase order executed by the Board of Education after tabulations are compiled, evaluated and approved by the Board.
