Salt and Sand Storage Building Project

For this project, bids will only be received electronically. To access the electronic bid worksheet, download the project document and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through for bids to be accepted. Bids shall be completed according to the bidding requirements prepared by seh dated april 19, 2022. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit "Contractor's qualification statement". This work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with minnesota prevailing wages. The selected bidder, if any, will be required to enter into a project labor agreement (pla) for this work. Owner reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding.
