Demolition and Removal of Structures

Board of Commissioners of Putnam County, Indiana, will receive bids from licensed contractors for the demolition and removal of structures at 201 West Liberty Street, Greencastle, Indiana 46135 (parcel ID 67-09-16-303-066.000-008). Bids shall include a breakdown of proposed costs associated with demolition and removal of structures located at the 201 West Liberty Street, Greencastle, Indiana 46135 address. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, in part, and to accept any part, or the entire bid, deemed most advantageous to Putnam County and not be subject to further recourse. The Commissioners may exercise the right, at their discretion, to waive any informalities, or technicalities, in the bidding, so long as the intent and purpose of this notice have been conformed with, and to re-advertise.
