The results and final disposition of the bid County Commission on Monday, May 1, 2023, beginning approximately at 5:00 PM (Local Time), in the Tombuilding, for the following item: GRAVEL HAULING FOR TOWNSHIP ROADS Equipment used must meet theBid shall be submitted on the Burleigh County Bid form which is available at the Burleigh County Project Wpackets shall consist of two separate envelopes a large envelope and a small envelope (plainly marked as Gon the outside of each), the small envelope shall contain a current copy of Contractor s License and be secenvelope. The large envelope shall contain the bid on the County s bid form. Each successful bidder must insurance coverage prior to award of bid. The mailing address is: COUNTY AUDITOR/TREASURER, P.O. BoxNORTH DAKOTA 58506. A Bidder s Bond will not be required of all Bidders. Instead, the successful Bidder wBond in the amount of $10,000 immediately after award of the Bid. The purpose of the bond is to assure thcommitment for the specified time period. Should a bidder default on their contract, the burleigh county amount of bond as liquidated damages.
