Trades Needed: Plumbing - Two restrooms, mop sink, DF, eye wash. Electric - Install service, owner supplied panels, switchgear, lighting, EMS and site lighting. Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC - Install owner supplied split systems. Supply and install economizer, smoke and CO2 detectors, fully insulated ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Framing/Drywall - Frame and sheetrock two restrooms, office and header wall. Acoustic Ceiling - Acoustic ceiling in parts area A. Paint - Paint new interior walls, door frames and floor striping. Paint exterior walls, doors and bollards. Polished Concrete - Per plan. Glass - Supply and install storefront and vestibule. Concrete - Concrete sidewalk, mechanical pad and plumbing trench infill. Steel Fabrication - Beams and posts for vestibule.
