Maintenance for UV System at Kamas Fish Hatchery

Kamas UV system comprises of three – forty bulb vessel units (Model JS00073-100 2300 GPM reactor) that run all the time but can be isolated for repair and maintenance. These are DeNora units (previously Severn Trent) and require DeNora parts for both repair and maintenance. No substitutes. The units can be run on Auto or Manuel and have an auto wiper system to clean the sleeves holding the bulbs within the vessels. Each of these units will need to be taken apart once every two years (three times in the 5 year contract) to replace the wiper rings, holders and gaskets for each unit as well as the lamps, sleeves, worn bearings and gears, ballast that are out and LED lights that are out. All of these parts must be DeNora parts for these units. Parts must be ordered by the contractor and paid by the contractor.
