Description

The intent is to qualify three (3) separate architectural firms to provide architectural and engineering (A/E), permitting, and contract administration services on a rotational basis for various projects where the estimated construction costs or study costs do not exceed the maximums in Florida Statute 287.055(2)(g) at the time the project is awarded. These maximums are currently $4,000,000 and $500,000, respectively.
