Installation of Chain Link Fence and Gates at M.L. Brown Public Safety Complex

Scope of Work: The Contractor shall: a. Provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to the new fencing as specified herein. b. Field verify all dimensions prior to fabrication or purchase of equipment, materials and assemblies. c. Visit the site, review the site conditions and verify all dimensions. d. Install a new 7’ high Galvanized chain link fence by 580’ long to include one (2) vehicular gates at least 20’ wide with electric operator, two (2) man gates 4’ wide with selfclosing hinges. e. Ensure the new fence consists of the following components (note: all components to be black vinyl coated): • Galvanized Steel SS40 Terminal posts 3” • Galvanized SS40 Line Posts 2” • Galvanized SS40 Top and Bottom Rail • Galvanized Fabric 9 Ga. • Galvanized Fittings • Galvanized Rolling Gates f. Provide all brackets, Goose Neck Posts, and hardware needed by the access control vendor in install card-readers, magnetic locks.
