Description	The work for the proposed highway improvement project will consist of milling out top course and binder course asphalt approximately 4” deep, recycling in place base course asphalt (3”) and 2-3” of subbase, add liquid asphalt, stone and compact. Then place 2 ½” of binder course asphalt and 1 ½” of top course asphalt, revisions to existing stormwater drainage system, revisions to existing guide rail and road signing and striping.
