Large Culvert Replacement

Large Culvert Replacement Bids The Buck Prairie Special Road District is requesting bids for the removal and replacement of a large concrete culvert on Farm Road 1232. This is the first culvert South of the FR 2160 and FR 1232 intersection. This is a bid only for the labor involved with the removal and replacement of the culvert. The contractor is required to carry liability, workmans compensation, and any other required insurance in sufficient amounts (as determined by the Road Commissioners, currently One Million Dollars for liability insurance) for coverage of any damages caused by the contractor to property of any other person or the Road District. Evidence of sufficient insurance will be required by the Road District Commissioners prior to successful acceptance of this bid. The Road District also requests that each bidder provide their normal hourly rate with their bid. Meeting is open to the general public. The Buck Prairie Special Road District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason.
