| Description | This building is a 2 1/2 story brick structure, work is limited to the east side of the building. This work includes, but is not limited to the following: Existing Concrete Steps and Landing; including, but not limited to, removal and replacement of existing concrete steps, reinforced concrete slab with metal deck, removal and reinstallation of wall metal handrails, removal and replacement of intermediate metal handrails, removal and replacement of existing suspended exterior gypsum board ceiling beneath landing.
