Plans call for the construction of a six-home subdivision. This project will be located at 1706-1716 S. Liberty Street. As of September 8, 2021, this project is in the planning stages, and received rezoning approval from the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals. Although the owner may now apply for building permits from the Muncie Building Department, they have not done so yet. Information regarding the selection of an architect and general contractor has not been provided.
