Description

Asbestos Abatement of thermal pipe insulation and asbestos floor tile & mastic in selected areas of the North wing of the Capitol. Construction of a 3000 square foot belowgrade cast-in-place concrete structure for future Mechanical/Electric equipment room, including associated waterproofing, stairs, doors & hardware, etc. New water/fire service, new Fire Pump and associated work, (2) new 1750kw emergency generators and distribution equipment, storm and sanitary sewer work, and Basement interior demolition.
