| Description | The project will consist of two phases: to complete a site form for the Yellow Creek Schoolhouse (5RB.3058) to Colorado OAHP standards (Phase 1) and develop a Historic Structure Assessment report (Phase 2). The assessment will serve to document the physical condition of the schoolhouse, identify structure deficiencies, develop maintenance priorities, and advise WRFO of future treatment strategies. This work must be completed by an architectural historian, and an archaeologist, structural engineer, and/or architectural conservator when applicable, licensed in the State of Colorado. |
