GWS Courthouse Elevator Addition

Bids from qualified individuals or companies to provide Elevator Addition construction services for the Glenwood Springs Courthouse Building located at 109 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, CO, 81601. The main building elevator is located in the lobby of the courthouse. Adjacent to the existing elevator is an additional shaft that was constructed when the building addition was built. It is currently being used as conference rooms and storage rooms on the various floors. It consists of a corrugated pan and concrete floor. Each floor will need to be removed for free travel of the new elevator. There is a maintenance room on the roof to accommodate the mechanical equipment for the new elevator. The new elevator must be purchased from and installed by ThyssenKrupp Elevator (TK).
