Replacement of YMCA Pool Heaters

Furnish and install 8 new commercial gas pool heaters: Raypak model #S: B-R408-EN-X for the YMCA Pool or compatible commercial gas pool heater to line up with existing gas lines, plumbing and electrical features. 1. Remove existing eight (8) pool heaters. 2. Furnish and install the manufacturer’s recommended Outdoor Stack Kit on each of the eight (8) new pool heaters. 3. Remove and replace all valves, including any gas valves, according to applicable codes. (from main trunk line to each unit) 4. Furnish and install an individual flow meter on each of the eight (8) new pool heaters. 5. Furnish and install an individual bypass valve on each of the eight (8) new pool heaters. 6. Any electrical requirement that is on the load side of the panel box is to be included in the scope of the work. 7. Furnish and install hurricane anchors for each of the eight (8) new pool heaters to comply with all codes. 8. All of the eight (8) pool heaters are to be elevated +/- ½” above the slab. 9. Testing of the gas lines is to be included in the scope of this work. 10. Dispose of existing pool heaters and all other materials in compliance with applicable laws/codes regarding proper disposal.
