Henderson City Hall Elevator Addition

Cost range: $600,000 - $750,000 Addendum #1 has been issued as of 4-11-2023. The project basically consists of the following: The furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for construction of a new elevator for an existing two-story office building in Henderson, Texas. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Henderson. The successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as well as proof of statutory worker's compensation insurance. A maintenance bond and proof of insurance will be required before a notice to proceed will be issued. The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the City Council for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
