A. The Contractor must first clear the maintained areas of all litter and small debris, removing from the site any litter and small debris, palm fronds, branches, or other items prior to each servicing. The Contractor shall also remove all litter and small debris lodged in hedges, plant beds, signs, posts, fences, poles, trees, walls, etc. The Contractor shall not mow over litter or small debris at any time for any reason. B. Upon completion of each maintenance, Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all trimmings, branches, litter, small debris, etc. Proper disposal of all such trimmings, branches, litter, small debris, etc. shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. No clippings, trimmings, branches, littler, small debris, etc. shall be deposited into City or privately owned trash receptacles or dumpsters at any time for any reason. C. The Contractor shall notify the Parks Division Contract Administrator of any illegally dumped building debris, yard waste, and/or storm damage including, but not limited to, furniture, mattresses, construction debris, and miscellaneous refuse before starting any work in that area. The Parks Division Contract Administrator will notify the City’s Community Enhancement and Compliance Division of the illegal dumping. The Contractor shall make every effort to service around illegally dumped materials.
