| Description | Building 2596 and Building 3245 will require prior notification and a security escort to perform all elevator maintenance or repair. Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to repair and maintain elevators at Humphreys Engineer Center. Elevators are located in buildings 2593 (2 passenger elevators), 2594 (1 passenger elevator), 2596 (1 passenger and 1 freight elevator and 1 passenger elevator at Bldg 3245 located on Davison Army Airfield Fort Belvoir ). All work will comply with these specifications. Services provided under this contract shall include scheduled maintenance and repair (M&R) services, unscheduled repair calls, emergency calls, and inspections support. Building 2596 and Building 3245will require prior notification and a security escort to perform all elevator maintenance or repair. |
