Swimming Pool Repairs

The City of Buffalo is soliciting bid proposals from licensed Building and or Pool Repair Contractors to submit offers for Riverside, JFK and Houghton Pools owned and operated by the City of Buffalo New York. Any bid received after will be rejected and returned unopened to sender. The City will not be responsible for delays caused by mail, courier service, including U.S. Mail, or any other occurrence. Q & A Deadline: Tuesday, October 14, 2022 All questions concerning this request for bid proposal shall be submitted in writing to: Dr. Uzo E. Ihenko Email: uihenko@citv-bufTalo.com All questions and answers will be posted to the City of Buffalo website by Tuesday, October 18, 2022 after the site walk through and pre-bid meeting. This allows you time to formulate questions. The city of buffalo reserves the right to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the city, or wave any informality in any bid. The city may also reject any and all bids.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Special Coatings, Cementitious Coatings.
Division 13 -	Special Construction, Swimming Pools, Recirculating Gutter Systems, Swimming Pool Accessories, Swimming Pool Cleaning Equipment.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
