For Provide Plumbing Repairs and Installation Services on an as Needed Basis FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS The City encourages prospective bidders to submit their bids before the designated date and time of the opening electronically No Bidder may submit more than one bid. Any bid received after said time shall not be accepted The Bidder must produce current "Certificates of Registration" from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development for itself and each of its subcontractors. Bidders must submit complete and detailed information of the product or service which Bidder proposes to supply. The right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law is expressly reserved by the authority of the City Council of the City of Camden. NOTE: All bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
