Annex Building Parking Lot Improvement Project

Project includes the resurfacing of the existing parking lot by either Full-Depth Reclamation - or as an alternate by tradition resurfacing methods, adapting current handicap ramps, and restriping as per plans. Work will be completed in 3-Phases with each phase beginning at 5 pm on Friday and finishing by 8 am Monday morning. Included is an alternate for Fleet Parking Lot. The scope of the alternate includes the grading and paving of the surplus vehicle parking lot and select area resurfacing of the existing parking lot by either Full-Depth Reclamation - or as an alternate, by tradition resurfacing methods, crack sealing, sealcoat, and restriping as per plans.
