Description

For Rehabilitation of the Railroad Main Line The R. J. Corman Railroad Company/Lehigh Line ("the railroad") has received a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Rail Freight Assistance Program (RFAP 632131) for rehabilitation of the railroad main line in Bradford County near Wyalusing and Wysox, PA. Work consists of replacing 4,000 cross ties, replacing 150 switch ties, and refurbishing one 80 ft wide at grade private crossing. The railroad invites all interested parties to submit bids for the labor, materials and equipment associated with this project. Any technical questions should be directed to Melanie.Heckman@RJCorman.com Contract award is anticipated to be April 7, 2023 with all work beginning as soon as material lead times permit.
