Roof./Gutters/Downspouts/ Downspout Boots, (9) HM Drs/Frms/Hardware, (10) Glazing, (11) Louvers, (12) Painting, (13) Signage, (14) HVAC, (15) Electrical, (16) Concrete Sidewalks, and (17) Landscape Regrading and Revegetation. Alternates: Refer to Specification 01 23 00: Alternates for a complete list of alternates. Provide bond cost as an alternate to the proposal. Do not include bond cost in the base proposal amount.
