Provide and install new HVAC systems per plans and specifications. • Provide and install commercial, wall mounted programmable thermostat with auto changeover, fan ON/AUTO control and louvered steel T’STAT guard. • Start-up new HVAC systems and monitor for any issues. • Install new system to the current industry standard and building codes. • Contractor to supply new system with a minimum one-year labor warranty and minimum five-year parts warranty from date of completion. • The contractor will comply with industry standards and best practices as it pertains to safety for the duration of the project. • The contractor will be responsible to ensure the safety of the citizens and building occupants with the use of barricades and signage. • Contractor is responsible for the protection of the building from weather related conditions during the process of installation. • Contractor is responsible the protection of the gymnasium floor during theinstallation of HVAC systems.
