Description

Roof restoration work including the restoration and repair of roofs A and C. Existing plastic roof edging to be removed and replaced with new metal coping. Maintain existing roof drains and provide crickets as needed for positive drainage to roof drains. Coordinate with HVAC contractor for roofing at all rooftop equipment curbs and penetrations. Furnish and install steel as required for new rooftop equipment curbs and penetrations.
