| Description | Elevator Service and Maintenance for: John J. Currey Building, 220 East 4th Street, Lakewood, NJ 08701 Contract is for one (1) year period beginning June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024 with an additional one-year option with Board approval. The elevators went through substantial rehab / replacement in 2022. Walk-throughs will be scheduled as requested. Proposals must be on standard proposal forms in the manner designated and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and name of the work to be performed on the outside, addressed to the ACHL and must be accompanied by the following: A non-collusion affidavit or a statement of individual ownership, ten percent or more of the stock of the bidder corporation or bidder's partnership pursuant to PL 1977 C33. |
