| Description | The Project consists of the following (in general): Supplying and Installation of Traffic Signal System, Flashing Beacon System, Sidewalk Construction, Sidewalk Ramp Construction, Earthwork, Signing, Pavement Markings, Temporary Traffic Control, Erosion Control and Seeding, and other ancillary items of work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Experience constructing and installing traffic signals will be required for award. This project is a joint project between the City of Garden City and Finney County funded by the 2017 Countywide Sales Tax. Bids are solicited by and the construction contract will be with the City of Garden City. This Project is not federally funded. A pre-bid conference is not planned at this time. |
