Description

The Project consists of site and storm sewer improvements by redirecting storm water from a section of deteriorated piping to another section of piping at the Duluth Seaway Port Authority (DSPA). The deteriorated section of storm piping and outfall shall be plugged and an existing outfall shall be replaced at the specified location. Some materials for this project have already been purchased under a separate Contract and it is the responsibility of Contractors submitting a bid to verify condition and quantity of purchase materials.
