Architectural Services for Interior Renovations of the Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama Building

Provide architectural services for Interior Renovations of the Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama Building located at 2229 Rocky Ridge Road, Birmingham, Alabama 35216. The contract will be awarded to one architectural firm and the services will be compensated utilizing the Alabama Division of Construction Management fee schedule for professional services. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to the design of systems that are typically associated with interior renovations projects. The scope of work will include interior renovations of existing office space to provide a Board Room to be used as a public meeting space. The project includes design of a two-stop passenger elevator for use by the public. This project may include exterior renovations necessary to incorporate elevator equipment needs coordinated with the existing building structure. The scope of services will include full architectural services to provide for the renovation of an existing office area including, but not limited to, partitions and accessories, interior finishes, electrical and mechanical design. The approximate square footage of the existing area is 2500 square feet total on two floors.
