ADRC Building

Construction of a new commercial (60-ft 0-in by 80- ft 0-in) pre-engineered metal building. The building to include 1 primary space: open storage for ADRC vehicles. The ADRC Building to be constructed with a pre-engineered metal building frame and reinforced concrete foundation, and insulated steel roof and wall system. Building features will include concrete footings, foundation, and floor, insulated overhead doors; insulated hollow-metal doors; ventilation system; associated electrical; associated plumbing; and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents.
