| Description | Scope: The Project includes replacement of the existing HVAC system in the Beaufort College Building .The proposed system will replace all four (4) independent HVAC units with a consolidated Variable Refrigerant Heat Recovery System with integral UV lights in the return air for air cleaning. The controls must integrate with the UofSCB Metasys Energy Management System. The replacement qualifies for Dominion Utility incentives and the contractor will be responsible for submitting the Dominion Energy Calculations and Rebate application on behalf of UofSCB for the project. |
