Description

The project involves replacing the existing brick entry walk and ramps with a new dry-laid brick paver system. Replacing the existing damaged marble stair treads with new pre-cast concrete stair treads. The existing guard/handrail on the ramps and stair is failing at the base, so it will be removed, new stainless-steel sleeves will be installed at the base, then the existing hand/guardrail will be reinstalled it in its original location. All the existing brick walls on the ramps and garden walls will be repointed.
