Asphalt Overlay Sherando High School

This turnkey project shall consist of placing and compacting 1.5” hot mix asphalt overlay in the identified areas. Hot Mix Surface Course shall be 9.5AL as designated within the contract proposal form. All line striping and pavement markings to be included butnot limited to are road lines, parking space lines, space numbers, stop bars, fire lane, ADA parking, crosswalks, student “drop off” zones and any other associated markings.Where pavement overlay is to be installed, all existing and proposed valve boxes, structure rims,and any other utility appurtenances within the overlay area, shall be adjusted to be flush with finished grade. This is to include all gates and other such structures whose operation could be impaired by the overlay

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
