| Description | Old Courthouse Work includes, but not limited to the complete removal and replacement of the existing fire alarm system. The existing fire alarm system will be removed complete including the fire alarm control unit, and all notification appliances, initiation devices, conductors and raceway. The county will furnish a new Gamewell-FCI S3 fire alarm control panel that will be installed as part of this contract. The fire alarm control unit will be purchased through West Fire Systems, Inc. Provide fire alarm notification appliances, and initiation devices as shown and specified. Provide all raceway, conductors, cabling, 120V power, NAC panels, and all miscellaneous equipment required for a complete and functioning system. West Fire Systems, Inc. is the contracted county systems integrator. Main Courthouse Work includes, but not limited to the complete removal and replacement of the existing fire alarm system. The existing fire alarm system will be removed complete including the fire alarm control unit, and all notification appliances, initiation devices, conductors and raceway. The county will furnish a new Gamewell-FCI S3 fire alarm control panel that will be installed as part of this contract. The fire alarm control unit will be purchased through West Fire Systems, Inc. Provide fire alarm notification appliances, initiation devices, and remote annunciator as shown and specified. Provide all raceway, conductors, cabling, 120V power, NAC panels and all miscellaneous equipment required for a complete and functioning system. West Fire Systems, Inc. is the contracted county systems integrator. The Main Courthouse is a sensitive location. It is expected that the majority of the work to be performed at this building will need to be done on second shift, as to not to disrupt court proceedings. None disruptive work, such as programming, or installation of devices in penthouse/mechanical rooms, may be performed during normal business hours. Mental Health Building Work includes, but not limited to the complete removal and replacement of the existing voice evacuation fire alarm system. The existing fire alarm system will be removed complete including the fire alarm control unit, and all notification appliances, initiation devices, conductors and raceway. The county will furnish a new Gamewell-FCI E3 voice evacuation fire alarm control panel that will be installed as part of this contract. The fire alarm control unit will be purchased through West Fire Systems, Inc. Provide fire alarm notification appliances, initiation devices, and transponders as shown and specified. Provide all raceway, conductors, cabling, 120V power, NAC panels, and all miscellaneous equipment required for a complete and functioning system. West Fire Systems, Inc. is the contracted county systems integrator. |
