Description

The Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) is seeking the services of a qualified licensed contractor to perform exterior improvements per the scope of work listed in this QSP for our Scattered Sites property located at 1132 & 1215 Ionia Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. The Contractor shall have up to 90 calendar days to complete the project after the notice to proceed. The Contractor must maintain their construction schedule at all times; if the Contractor fails to maintain this construction schedule, he/she will be charged with liquidated damages of $150 per day.
