| Description | This work shall include all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove & dispose of the existing 40 year, GAF, Prestique Plus asphalt shingles used in the construction of the Police Facility in 1999, replace any non-functional decking that may be determined as damaged, apply a synthetic underlayment in lieu of the 15# black felt and replace with a commensurate shingle to what was removed. For take-off purposes, the building is available for viewing at 3905 S. Lindbergh Blvd. |
