Silver City Airport Improvements-2020 Rehabilitate/Reconstruct Taxiways and Aprons

Project Description: The project consists of the reconstruction of a portion of the taxiway system and apron; and the rehabilitation of a portion of the taxiway system and apron. Options: The base bid is the reconstruction of three connector taxiways and a portion of the apron; the rehabilitation by seal coat of a portion of the taxiway system; and rehabilitation by mill and inlay a portion of the apron. The additive alternative is a mill and inlay of a portion of the taxiway as a substitute for the seal coat. The work requires the following licenses from New Mexico Construction Industries Division: Runway and taxiway Construction: GF-1 Fixed Works, Airports or GF-98 Fixed Works, Construct, alter, or repair fixed works facilities. Airfield Electrical: EE-98. Residential and commercial electrical wiring 5000 volts, nominal or less and Electrical distribution and transmission systems over 5000 volts, nominal.
