The work listed below is for hallway's 110 and 110a. 1. Remove all wall covering from hallway's 110 and 110a 2. Remove all wooden trim (dispose) 3. Remove all wooden guard rails 4. Remove all rubber base 5. Remove all carpet from hall 110a only 6. Prep, skim coat, sand, and prime hallway walls 110 and 110a 7. Install new wall covering to match newly renovated hallway pattern: watercolor silk, color: specter (L2-WA-06) Manufacturer: Momentum Dye Lot# 175444 8. Replace carpet in hallway 110a to match existing hall 110 carpet style: 59567 Adorn Tile 2'x2' color: 67761 Abrash, grade A, Manufacturer: Shaw 9. Sand, prep and stain wooden guard rails and reinstall (match existing) 10. Sand, prep and stain 5 single doors and 1 double door (all sides) match existing 11. Prep and paint 5 single metal door frames and one double to match existing 12. Prep and paint window frames to match existing
