| Description | The work to be performed consists principally of the removal of the existing AWOS System at Northumberland County Airport and its replacement with a new AWOS II System. It is the intent of this Work to utilize the existing mounting device, concrete work, all wiring and all hardware compatible with the new AWOS II. Work also includes the testing of all new equipment, and all miscellaneous related work as provided for withing the Contract Documents. The system shall be installed in accordance with the specifications and as approved in Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5220-16E, latest version. |
