| Description | The project consists of replacing all medium voltage and low voltage electrical service equipment, unit substation, serving the mechanical equipment loads of the Mechanical Room 0-509 in KCPA. The electrical equipment to be replaced is one of four substations within a double ended looped system. This projects equipment is located in a caged section of the Mechanical Room (0-509) with-in the lower level of facility. Provide for the construction of a new electrical vault to house the medium voltage equipment and service entrance switch(es). New vault to be located in lower level parking area as shown. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to accept the bids deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner after all bids have been examined and evaluated. Alternates, if considered, will be accepted in any order as determined by the Owner. |
