Description

The Tradesman Workshop (W0623) is a 3,805 SF, 1-story building established in 1948. The Ehle Laundry (W0645) is a 9,120 SF, 2-story building established in 1963. The scope of work provides for replacing approximately 12,925 SF of existing ballasted single-ply and gravel surfaced built-up roofs on two building. The work also includes new high R-value rigid insulation, reflective white membrane, architectural style shingles, flashings and accessories.
