The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract and obtain pricing to remove and replace existing containment and comingle walls and fabricate and install Steel plating at the West Central County Transfer Station Small/Minority/Women Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE) Participation: 100%, Certified Small, Minority Women Business Enterprise (SMWBE) only. The Authority provides a specified time for BIDDERS to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation.
