| Description | Project work consists of a Base and one Option for channel maintenance dredging in various locations within the channel of Jacksonville Harbor as defined in the drawings. Excavated material will be placed in Bartram Island Cell F. Work also includes turbidity monitoring, endangered species observers (hopper dredges only) and sea turtle trawl-sweeping (hopper dredges only), dedicated manatee and sea turtle observer (mechanical dredges only), bird monitoring, and disposal area pump-out. The work associated with the Base includes of maintenance dredging of the Lower Terminal Channel, Station 11+ 29.77 to Station 65+00. The work associated with Option A, includes maintenance dredging from Cut-55 Station 37+00 To Lower Terminal Channel Station 7+00. |
